I am Donna Bliss, an Eclectic Healer, Bodyworker, Sound Therapist and Shamanic Practitioner located in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.

I offer private sessions as well as group meditations, Cacao Ceremonies, Full Moon Ceremonies and Customized Ceremonies in the Riviera Maya.

In todays fast-paced time we often don’t take enough time to reconnect with ourselves, to really  listen to our feelings, thoughts and needs. This can create a disbalance in our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies which can be manifested as stress, insomnia, physical dis-ease, depression and more. With the use of different modalities including breath work and sounds you will be able to relax so that you can enter into a state where healing and transformation can happen, where you can be re-aligned, your energy re-newed and you can gain more clarity. The Healing Arts that I offer are all working on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, and they help you to get back in balance and re-connect with your Inner Self. I am here to hold space for you in your process.  My work includes:

I have more than 25 years of experience in the field of Holistic Healing. I started with Autogenic Training and Chakra Meditations at a very young age, then discovered Yoga and Meditation. I learned Pranic Healing 20 years ago, then became a Yoga teacher, learned Janzu and Lomi Lomi Nui and have been initiated as a Shamanic Practicioner. Honored to be in the presence of various Indigenous Elders, I received the blessing of their individual ancestral wisdoms which I apply to all the methods I practice.

The Healing Arts that I am offering have all helped me on my own personal healing journey.

Having worked and lived in different countries and environments all around the world allowed me to get a broader perspective about our differences but also about what we as human beings all have in common. I always have been interested in the spiritual world and keep constantly learning more, always with my feet solid on the ground.
