Sound Healing

Sound Healing

Relax your body. Calm your mind. Connect with your soul.

Music and chanting have been used for thousands of years to heal and energize the body, mind and emotions.
Sound Healing is a form of Vibrational Medicine and is based on the scientific principles that all matter, and most importantly, the cells in your body, vibrate to a precise frequency when healthy and to a dissonant frequency when in dis-ease.

Resonant vibration, rhythms and tones can balance brain hemispheres, decrease stress levels and tension in body tissues and cells that have fallen into dis-ease or dis-harmony. The use of tuned, deep-vibration instruments such as crystal bowls during healing and meditation can balance these dissonant frequencies and bring them back into harmony.
Donna Bliss
I offer Sound Healing in these different ways and am also including other instruments like chimes, drums, rattles and other ancestral instruments if needed.

Sound Healing with the Crystal Singing Bowls: You lay down, relax and listen to the sounds.

Vibrational Sound Therapy with Tibetan Singing Bowls:

The induction of the sound waves directly into the body along with soothing ambient tones is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from a meditative state to deep relaxation.
By placing the therapeutic singing bowls directly on the body and using the correct techniques, a practitioner engages with their client both physically and aurally. The Singing Bowls are placed on your dressed body and played on your body.

Vibrational Sound Massage with Tibetan Singing Bowls in the water:

The receiver floats comfortably on the water supported by floating devices, in order to fully relax and let go.
Receiving the vibrations of the Singing Bowls in the water adds the feeling of weightlessness and the water increases the effects of this therapy by amplifying the vibrations.
This aquatic Vibrational Sound Massage can be done in swimming pools, a quite ocean, cenotes or in a lagoon.

Duration
While receiving relaxation through Vibrational Sound Therapy, visible signs of the effect are shown. Muscle tension is seen to decrease, the mind becomes calm, blood pressure decreases, and the harmful effects of prolonged exposure to stress seem to melt away.
Studies have shown a predictable response to relaxation therapies.

Relaxation therapies can reduce the symptoms of stress by
  • Slowing your heart rate
  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Slowing the breathing rate

  • The vibrations
  • Increase blood flow to major muscles
  • Reduce muscle tension
  • Gently reduce chronic pain.

  • The gentle tone helps to focus our minds, fostering stronger concentration and balanced moods while reducing fatigue. A focused mind will better deal with anger and frustration and will boost confidence to help handle problems.
