DONNA BLISS

Though born and raised in Germany with Finnish roots, I have lived in several countries on different continents all around the world, and always very close to nature.

In my early childhood I started playing instruments and found that music always helped me to shift to a deeper consciousness and to feel better. This earlier music experience lead me to the Crystal Bowls and the Tibetan Bowls, which I blend with my healing knowledge.

I am highly intuitive and have been doing a lot of dream work since I was a child. Dreams play an important part in my life and in my healing work.

I always have been interested in the spiritual world, and after a near death experience 24 years ago I am even more connected to the other realms, which brought me closer to the work I am doing today.

The Healing Arts that I am offering have all helped me on my own personal healing journey. Having gone through different dis-eases myself I learned that we have to get to the root cause and not just treating the symptoms on the physical level.

I am a trained teacher in Yoga and in these Healing Arts: Lomi Lomi Nui (Hawaiian Bodywork), Janzu (Aquatic Massage), Pranic Healing, Sound Healing, Vibrational Sound Massage with Tibetan Bowls and Shamanic Journeying.

Honored to be in the presence of Indigenous Elders, I received the blessing of their individual ancestral wisdoms which I apply to all the methods I practice and I am also a Sahumadora (keeper of the sacred fire).

In the last ten years in Mexico I have continued to increase and deepen my practice; weaving my accumulated expertise together in order to serve others on their way.

My work includes playing at diverse events, such as the Riviera Maya Film Festival, a UN peace group, various Yoga retreats, Women Empowerment workshops, private Sound Meditations in Mayan ruins, caves, the jungle and other sacred places.
